When will I receive my tickets?
You will receive an email shortly after placing your order with your order confirmation number. The tickets you have purchased will be sent electronically 30-60 days prior to the event. If you order your tickets after 30 days prior to the event, you will receive them within 30 minutes. Your email will contain a "read me" file and a PDF file attachment containing your tickets. You can download and print your tickets through the PDF attachment or they can be sent to your snmart phone to be scanned at the event for your admittance.
I ordered my tickets a while ago. Why haven't I received them?
All tickets are emailed 30-60 days prior to the event. The tickets you have purchased will be sent electronically 30-60 days prior to the event. If you order your tickets after 30 days prior to the event, you will receive them within 30 minutes. If you do not receive the email containing your tickets and believe you should have, please check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder for an email from tickets@festivalticketing.com or you can contact our support team at support@gingerbreadshed.com Many times your SPAM rules are set to forward emails with attachments to these folders. If you cannot locate the ticket(s) there, please login to your account by visiting the Event's "Buy Tickets" page, click the "Buy Tickets" link, then click the "My Account" link. Enter your username and password, where you can print the "Order History" tab and download your tickets directly to your desktop where you can print them out. If you cannot view your tickets, please download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. If you are still having trouble locating the email, feel free to contact our ticket center (920) 882-4949.
How do I order tickets if I live outside of the country?
If you live outside of the country where the event takes place and wish to order tickets, feel free to contact our ticket center (920) 882-4949 and a representative will be happy to assist you in making your purchase. Monday - Friday, 10am to 5pm CST.
How do I log in to my account?
Please follow these instructions in order to log into your account:
  1. Visit the Website where you originally purchased your tickets.
  2. Click the "Buy Tickets" link.
  3. Click the "My Account" link at the bottom of the page.
  4. Enter you ruser name and password and click "Log In".
  5. Click the "Order History" tab and download your tickets directly to your desktop.
I purchased my ticket but when I try to Log In to My Account, it won't let me in?
In most cases such as this, it is likely you haven't received your order confirmation or "PDF" ticket emails either. The reason is possibly an incorrectly entered email address when setting up your account. To resolve, please contact our ticket center (920) 882-4949 to confirm the email address on file for your account is correct.
I'm not sure if an order I placed processed? I'm afraid there might be duplicate orders?
There is a simple way to know if you have placed an order; if you have gotten an "order number" or your browser directed you to an order number "confirmation page", then you have placed an order that has gone through. If you are still not sure, please contact our ticket center (920) 882-4949 and they will be able to verify this for you.
How do I make changes to my order?
Once your order has been placed you cannot go back into your account and edit it. If you have made a mistake or would like to edit your order, please contact our ticket center (920) 882-4949. Please keep in mind, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations for any reason, including illness or emergency.
If I don't have Internet or an email address, can I use a family member or friend's email address?
Yes. You can use someone else's email address; however, we recommend it is someone you trust. If you still need other options, feel free to contact our ticket center (920) 882-4949.
Do the print at home tickets have to be printed on a specific type of paper?
No, any type of paper is acceptable as long as it is not too dark. Try to stick with normal white paper or subtle variations. The paper stock does not matter.
Do the print at home tickets have to be printed in color?
No. The tickets can be printed in black and white or color. Just be sure the ticket barcode is printed clearly.
What happens if my ticket is duplicated? Can I print my ticket more than once?
First, please treat your Print at Home ticket as any other valuable (even cash)! The ticket can be printed numerous times, but only the FIRST ticket that gets scanned will be allowed admission. So, we recommend only printing one version of your ticket and then putting the PDF in a secure location.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
If you have deleted your PDF, simply login to your account, download the ticket to your computer and print again.
What does VIP / Reserved / General Admission seating mean?
VIP Seating references the seats closest to the stage with additional VIP amenities such as catered meals, drinks, VIP parking, etc. (Check the website for specific details). Reserved Seating references seats just behind the VIP section. Reserved tickets are assigned seats in a fenced off area, but do not include any of the amenities that come with VIP tickets. General Admission tickets are first-come first-served festival style seating behind the VIP and Reserved sections. Bring your own chair for General Admission seating in concert area. Lounge chairs and blankets used for seating are prohibited. Depending on your time of arrival will determine how close you will be to the stage.
Can my barcode be scanned more than once?
No. Once scanned, the individual barcode on it will be de-activated in our system. The individual barcode on it will be recorded with the date, time and specific gate and rendered "complete". This means that ONLY THE FIRST SCAN GETS INTO THE GATES. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to secure the barcodes to be sure they are legitimately used. Illegal copies will not be honored.
If I give my ticket to someone else and their name isn't on the ticket, will they be allowed in? Do they or I have to show an ID?
The ticket allows anyone (even without an I.D.) presenting the ticket entry into the event, however, the ticket can only be "scanned" once and any duplication of the ticket will not be allowed entry. This means that ONLY THE FIRST SCAN GETS INTO THE GATES. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to secure the barcodes to be sure they are legitimately used. Illegal copies will not be honored. Note: All 4 day tickets are for 1 person only. Tickets cannot be transferred to a different person each day.
I'm not sure if you have my email address.
If you did not order your tickets on-line please verify that we have your email address on file by calling our ticket center (920) 882-4949.
What if I change my email address or phone number after I order my tickets?
No problem, simply call our ticket center (920) 882-4949 and we will update your information.
How and when are my VIP/Reserved seats and camping assigned?
It takes us several months to assign everything ordered at the event. All tickets and camping are assigned by hand, not by computer. Ticket and camping assignments are usually available in October. If you renewed at the event you are guaranteed your same seats and site or better for the following year. New orders at the event are assigned best available at the time of purchase. If you only ordered Tuesday VIP or Reserved, you cannot renew the same seat. The only way to get your same seat or better for Tuesday is by renewing / purchasing a 4 day VIP or Reserved ticket also.
How are my seats and campsites assigned if I order them after the event for the following year?
Once our "kick off sale" begins, all remaining available assigned seats and campsites will be shown on our website. You will then be able to select your preference of the specific seat and/or campsite you desire to purchase of those available.
I am no longer able to attend. Can I get a refund?
No. Starshow Presents does not allow any refunds, exchanges or cancellations for any reason, including illness or emergency.
Am I able to give my ticket to someone else?
Your ticket may be used by someone else; however, one ticket is for one person, for all days listed on the ticket. Tickets for more than one day will be given a wristband. Wristbands are not transferrable between people. Your tickets may not be renewed by anyone else than you for the following year.
Can someone else renew my assigned seats or campsite?
No. Your tickets may not be renewed by anyone else, other than you, for the following year.
Can the name be changed on my assigned seats or campsite?
No. Your tickets may not be change names on assigned seats or campsites to anyone else, other than you, for the following year.
Are there any fees if I walk onto the grounds?
Yes. $2.00 alcohol wristbands are required if you will be drinking alcoholic beverages on the festival grounds. Exceptions: On your campsite and in the VIP tent (except on Tuesday).

In addition to a Daily, Weekend OR Reserved wristband, every patron must have one of the following:

  • VIP wristband
  • Camping wristband
  • Employee wristband
  • An Authorized Alcohol Wristband
  • Safety/Parking wristband. Safety/Parking wristbands are provided with the on-site parking fee. $5.00 Safety/Parking wristband is required for all off-site parking patrons. A new Safety/Parking wristband will need to be purchased each day you attend the shows
Is there a parking pass?
The parking fee is good for one time entry only. You may leave the festival site however this requires paying the parking fee again. We do not sell a full festival parking pass. When you park you will be given up to 6 Safety/Parking bands for free. If you do not park on the site you will need to purchase a Safety/Parking band at the main gate at $5 per person per day.
Is there overnight parking?
No, there is no overnight parking in the parking lots. All vehicles will be ticketed and towed after 1am. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed.
What if my car is towed from the parking lot?
One Stop Towing is the Exclusive & Official Towing Service — Telephone is (920) 233-6274. There is a fee to be paid to One Stop Towing.
What am I allowed to bring into the festival?
No food or beverage carry-ins allowed. You may bring lawn chairs; however, blankets and lounge chairs are not allowed. All persons are subject to search at entry gates. All weapons are prohibited.
Do you have a lost and found?
Yes. During the festival it is located at the Expo Center on the grounds. It is the red roof building on the East side of the grounds. After the festival you can contact our ticket office at (920) 882-4949.
Do you provide seating?
We do! You can purchase VIP and Reserved tickets right from our website. General Admission tickets are first-come first-served festival style seating. Bring your own chair for General Admission seating in concert area. Lounge chairs and blankets used for seating are prohibited.
What should I do if I need to remove my wristband?
Upon entering the festival grounds, come up to the Box Office at the Main Entry with your ID. They will have a form for you to fill out allowing the removal of the wristband. When you return, bring along the cut off wristband and your ID, we will be happy to replace the wristband. The form MUST be filled out BEFORE you remove your wristband or it will not be replaced. The Box Office is open until the last act goes on stage.
What are the differences between the campsites?
  • Most roads, in between campsites, in VIP, VIP with Electric, VIP Wooded with Electric and Deluxe Electric are paved with asphalt gravel.
  • Festival sites are 20'X40'. These are the basic sites, non-electric. These are the furthest in walking distance to the festival grounds.
  • VIP sites are 20'X40'. These are the basic sites, non-electric. These are closer in walking distance than the Festival sites, to the festival grounds.
  • Deluxe VIP sites are 40'X40', non-electric and are close to the grounds like the VIP sites.
  • VIP with Electric sites are 20'X40' with electricity (1-RV 110 volt 30 amp connection). These sites are very close to the grounds.
  • VIP Wooded with Electric sites are 20'X40' with electricity. These sites also have trees on them for shade.
  • Deluxe Electric sites are 40'X40' with electricity. These sites are the closest to the grounds.
  • ALL campsites:

    • Are sold for the full event only.
    • Must have someone 21 years of age on each site.
    • Can have up to 6 people per site.
    • Include one steering wheel vehicle parking pass per site.

      • Additional parking may be purchased on site for $50 for the weekend. This vehicle can either go on your site or in the overflow camping parking lot.
      • RV's are considered a steering wheel vehicle therefore a separate parking pass must be purchased for additional vehicles.
How many camping units can I put on my campsite?
You can have whatever campers and/or tents fit on your site. Keep in mind you will need to pay for each additional steering wheel.
Can we bring firewood?
Firewood can be brought in if it is brought from within a 50 mile radius.
Can we have a port-a-potty on our campsite?
No. We do not allow port-a-potties on individual campsites.
Do you have a supply store in the campgrounds?
Yes. There is a campground store located near camping check-in that carries ice, coffee, beer and other convenience products.
Are there showers and restrooms in the camping area?
Yes. Showers are available for a nominal fee right on grounds. Port-a-potties are located throughout the grounds.
Are there any hotels in the area?
The La Quinta is located about 6 miles away from Ford Festival Park in Oshkosh. Call for reservations at (920) 233-4190.
What do you do in case of inclement weather?
All shows are rain or shine. In the event of serious weather, announcements will be made from the stage. Remember, tents are NOT considered safe cover in serious weather conditions.
Are children allowed at the concerts?
Children are allowed; however, we recommend parental discretion as the event does allow alcohol consumption. Children 5 and under are free, children age 6 and up are full price. Every person in VIP and Reserved seating must have a ticket, including all children and infants.
I have a Country USA/Rock USA mug from a previous year, am I able to bring it to use this year?
Yes, you may. It must be empty when entering the concert grounds.
Do you allow tailgating?
No. Event does not allow tailgating in the parking lots. No grills, fires, eating or drinking will be permitted in the parking lot.
Do you have shuttle services?
Yes. The Special Olympics provides shuttle services within our parking lots and campground area, up to our main gate for a nominal donation. We do not have shuttle services from off-site locations.
Other than music, what is there to do at the event?
There are beer tents and karaoke tents as well as a carnival and many diverse food vendors. We have several sponsors, military and radio stations with display sites. Our Vendor Marketplace sells many great products. To become a vendor, check out our Contact page for more info.
